In the past 12 months, Guinea Bissau has been embroiled in political crisis arising from tensions and disputes between the President, Prime Ministers and the People’s National Assembly (PNA). This has led to the dissolution of three different governments within the period resulting in political uncertainty and threats to the democratic future of the country.
