This programme aims at enabling WANEP’s involvement in search of a peaceful settlement of crisis at its nascent stage. It promotes inter and intra communal dialogue and peaceful coexistence, as well as enhances the mediating capacities of communities and other relevant state and inter-governmental bodies.
