The present administration\u2019s renewed search for an effective solution to this protracted problem is based on the fact that it is part of President Yar\u2019Adua&#8217;s Seven Point Agenda, and thus a critical index in measuring the success of the administration as well as the country&#8217;s march towards Vision 2020.
